IMPORTANT: THIS IS A COOK-IN POUCH. NEVER ADD FOOD DIRECTLY INTO THE MEAL WARMER.

155° or 195° Cooking Instructions: Fill meal warmer with 18 oz of water and plug in. Set TEMP to your desired temperature preference, either 155° or 195°. Open pouch along tear line and bounce bottom of bag 3 times on a flat surface to settle product in the pouch. While bag is standing up on a flat surface, add 8 oz (1 cup) of hot tap water or to the fill line on the pouch. Stir vigorously and thoroughly for 10 seconds. Once the warmer reaches the desired cooking temperature, place cook-in pouch into the heated water, inside the meal warmer, cover is optional. Refer to cooking time below, and set the timer on the meal warmer for your cook time. Stir meal two times during the cooking process. At the end of the cook time remove the pouch (careful it is hot). Pour contents of pouch into a bowl or enjoy straight from the pouch.

Microwave Cooking Instructions:

To cook in this bag: Open pouch along tear line and bounce bottom of bag 3 times on a flat surface to settle product in the pouch. While bag is standing up on a flat surface, add 8 oz (1 cup) of hot tap water or to the fill line on the pouch. Stir vigorously and thoroughly. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, stir once during stand time and before eating. Pour contents of pouch into a bowl or eat your meal straight from the pouch.

To cook in a microwave-safe bowl: Open pouch along tear line. Pour contents of pouch into bowl and add 8 oz ( 1 cup) of hot tap water. Stir vigorously and thoroughly. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, stir once during stand time and before eating. (Microwave ovens vary in power, adjust cooking time as needed.)

Stovetop Cooking Instructions:

Add contents of pouch and 1 cup of water to a medium saucepan. Stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low (do not boil). Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir and enjoy.
